Love the blog. I am developing an English (at least initially) blogging/ podcasting/ new media community focused on progressive communities around the world. Hey, this thing with the domains is really funny. I started my blog just before my internship in nairobi. that time I had the idea to call it mzungu’s weblog. So after some 2 1/2 years I finally have a own domain for the blog. 😉

That’s hilarious! Yes, it’s only worthwhile if you use Technorati. Technorati is the best blog search engine (in my opinion). It’s kind of like submitting your website to Google: No, you don’t HAVE to do it, but it’s a good idea anyways.
