		<description>Really interesting blog post on a critical topic - developing tools (or, in this case platforms) for individuals and organisations to use for their own benefit. More and more of the best use examples coming out of developing countries, in the mobile space at least, points more towards providing tools rather than specific solutions to problems.

As you, Mark and many others who have first hand experience of these issues will realise, data collection is key for many organisations, particularly those working in health, and more so for those active in more rural areas.

Looking forward to reading the second part of this Blog posting, and seeing how Mark&#039;s work may be able to fit in with my own...</description>
