I just heard about chacha earlier tonight. It sounds exactly like questionbox, though I'm not sure it's as flexible in it's language application.

Great post, Erik, and great to see a mention of Question Box, a really neat project with huge potential. I've been working with Rose Shuman for some time since I first met her through my work with Grameen in Uganda, of all places. I look forward to meeting up with Jon sometime!

This is really exciting! I think the process of democratizing access to information -- especially in the developing world -- has the power the propel important social and economic change. Good work!
