		<description>Erik, many thanks for this one. The responses (or lack of it) by Telcos especially Safaricom leaves one to wonder. If Telcos in South Africa and other countries in Africa have better deals/revenue-share/open payment APIs for content developers than Kenyan Telcos perhaps they can partner with the Kenyan developers. However if that&#039;s not the case then local developers better learn Japanese 8~).</description>
