Right now I think than any touchscreen phone will have to compete with iOS/iPhone and that S^3 is far away from being a serious competitor. To me, the N8 is like buying a Mercedes that comes without fuel.

The moment I’ll find apps / functionality like Evernote, Dropbox, Reeder, ReadItLater and GoodReader, txtr, eBay, eBoy FixPix, Wolfram app, iPostbank, Morse-it and Instapaper on Nokia phones via Ovi.com is when I’ll try them again. But else I’ll stick to the competition, no matter how good the hardware is. This “software, software, software” is what Nokia still needs to understand. Where’s all this market share supposed to come from if they don’t upgrade their software (Firmwares, Apps, Billing) side?
Let’s hope S^3 will provide a new platform & experience (which I still doubt).
