This shows that people all over the world and in places where violence is a problem can use the tools to find sustainable solutions.

I am writing a book with some colleagues from the Human Systems Dynamics Institute (http://www.hsdinstitute.org/) on using complex adaptive systems principles to reduce the potential for violence before violence occurs. This may be a helpful addition to the set of tools available.
