absolutely! People who merely say that they want change are not serious and don’t really want change. Because if i want change I am already on the job and making those changes where i can.

In order to make change one must challenge what is already considered the norm. Bringing forth new innovations and ideas is a challenging task because what one may consider innovative may be odd or outlandish to another. Critical thinkers and people who look beyond what they are used to seeing in the world. I agree with the fact that to be an entrepreneur one must not be afraid to challenge the status quo because holding back from this does not allow innovation to flow. Although, not all innovators are entrepreneurs because although they come up with new ideas of doing things, society may not want to adapt them because they do not see them as fit for the purpose or necessary.
