True, the internet is a powerful medium. However, since customer service isn’t really “lived” over here in Germany, the same thing could have happened here as well except for that credit card thing and those hilarious “FBI” threats. I mean, seriously, who will ever buy from them again?

I know one day we’ll even vote our politicians online and will nail them down on what they said online 🙂
