Actually, I am heading back to Orlando straight after the conference. I wish I had time to get up north thought – there’s nothing like a cold Tusker as Hash-bait. 🙂

Hash, are you going straight back home afterwards or are you by any chance heading up to Norcal as Ory was last week? If so I would love to meet you for a cold Tusker or two 🙂 Unfortunately I missed out on meeting Ory.

Will you be attending wednesday’s “G/localization: When Global Information and Local Interaction Collide” by Danah Boyd? The premise sounded interesting, especially the question of how emergent technologies connect with social practices.

And like anybody else who’s everready to click the “skip intro” button to sidestep flash time/bandwidth-wasters, I also found the “Look Ma, no flash” by Lazlo description intriguing.

I’d appreciate a summary if you attend either of these sessions.
