The responses (or lack of it) by Telcos especially Safaricom leaves one to wonder. If Telcos in South Africa and other countries in Africa have better deals/revenue-share/open payment APIs for content developers than Kenyan Telcos perhaps they can partner with the Kenyan developers. However if that’s not the case then local developers better learn Japanese 8~).
