The good folks at AfricaNews really helped us out a lot in Ghana by doing a lot of interviews and then putting together this video compilation of Maker Faire Africa.

Expecting the event in nairobi next year to be bigger with the installation of the fibre optic network,more innovative products will be seen.

@kenyaninterpreneur – It’ll be bigger and more festive, that’s the plan anyway. Hopefully you’ll be able to make it out to the event. I’ll share more details as we get the location and details figured out for next year.

i attended the make fair in san mateo californa – Make fair africa had a stand there . What struck me about the Faire in California is how many people were developing and designing products for Africa – like this here bike: http://www.xtracycle.com/cargo-utility-bicycles/models.html
The ompany btw has a workshop to build boda boda bikes
