Nice graphics, but I have a couple of questions / comments.
First, it seems very unlikely that Rwanda’s “teledensity” is really 2%. The phrase isn’t defined anywhere, so I may be wrong, but it seems implausible that figure is so much lower than for all four of the other countries.
Second, I think it’s well worth expanding on what is meant by “mobile subscriber”. Does this refer to the number of people with at least one active sim card, the number of active sim cards, or something else? I ask as I know the practice of one person having and using numerous sim cards (from different networks, for different purposes, etc.) is very common. Pedantically, one person with several sim cards should count as one subscriber, but I doubt very much that this is what the figures refer to. And it would be very useful to know how many people own a sim card, and how many don’t.
